Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Circle J Rings, I want you to love your jewelry! Here’s how I handle returns, exchanges, and refunds:
Exchanges & Store Credit
- If something doesn’t feel quite right with your purchase, I’m happy to offer an exchange or provide store credit. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate this process.
- Any shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Holiday Returns & Exchanges
- Purchases made between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for an extended return or exchange period. Customers have until January 15 to initiate an exchange or request store credit on holiday purchases. All other terms return apply.
Refunds
- Refunds are generally not available. However, if there is a special circumstance, I will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me if you believe your situation warrants a refund.
Additional Information
- All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. I accept no liability for items lost/stolen/damaged during the return shipping process.
- Circle J Rings is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to improper care after receipt. Please refer to our Jewelry Care Instructions to keep your piece in top shape.
- All custom ordered pieces are final sale.
