When will my order ship?

All orders ship from Utah using USPS Priority mail. I cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, but on average orders are received 2-5 days after they are shipped out. Tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.

Once your order has left my workshop, it is in the hands of the post office and Circle J Rings is not liable for any lost or damaged packages.

I want you to LOVE your new jewelry! While refunds are reserved for special cases, I’m more than happy to offer exchanges if something doesn’t feel just right.

Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time. You can easily remove tarnish using a polishing cloth. Please avoid using solvent, jewelry cleaners, or steam cleaners as these may damage your piece.

Avoid getting gemstone jewelry wet. Water, hand sanitizer, and other liquids can alter the color of natural stones or cause them to loosen. Keep your jewelry away from heat and harsh chemicals such as ammonia, chlorine, household cleaning products, and oils.

All gemstone jewelry feature genuine stones, which may contain deposits of quartz, pyrite, calcite, or other minerals. These stones may also have unique shapes or textures, adding to their beauty. Please handle these pieces with care—dropping stones can lead to cracks or fractures. Circle J Rings cannot be held liable for broken stones.
